Employment Yes/No Questions: Can he operate a forklift?

Employment ( , empleo, работа, عمل).  Write yes/no questions.
If you see an aux-word, put it before the subject.
     He can operate (开动, hacer funcionar) a forklift.
     Can he operate a forklift?
If you don't see an aux-word, use do/does/did + subject + base form.
     He knows how to operate a cash register.
     Does he know how to operate a cash register?
aux-words:  
am is are was were can could would should may might must will won’t shall  
Have + a past participle is an aux-word: 
     He has eaten four pages so far.
      Has he read four pages so far?
Have + a person, place, thing isn't an aux-word. Use do/does/did: 
     He has a dog. Does he have a dog?
1.   Is the schedule Monday through Friday, 4:30 to 11:00?
2.   Is there a dress code?
3.   Does the job begin on December 3?
4.   Is this a temporary position?
5.   Does the job pay $11.00 an hour?
6.   Can I fill out an application?
7.   Is the salary $2,000 a month?
8.   Does the company provide dental insurance?
9.   Will I work the graveyard shift?
10. Is there a probation period?
11. Will you be my supervisor?
12.     You get paid once a month.  Do I get paid once a month
