Renting: Double Dictation Summary and Questions

We rent a two-bedroom apartment. It is located on Valencia Street, between 15th Street and 16th. The building has laundry facilities (washers and dryers) in the basement. The landlord allows cats, but no dogs, but we don't have a cat because my mom is allergic ( , ذو حساسية  مصاب بحساسية) to them. There isn't any parking in the building, but that's OK because we don't have a car anyway.   The number 14 Mission bus and BART stop just a block away, on Mission Street. The closest park is four blocks away. We don't get along very well with the guy in the apartment next-door. He plays his music too loud all the time, and some of his friends look like thugs (流氓, 恶棍, matónes, سفاح، سفاك , شرس). The neighborhood feels safe in the day, but we don't like to walk alone at night.
1) Which street is our apartment on?  A: Valencia.
2) How many bedrooms does our apartment have?  A: Two.
3) Is our apartment building on the corner of Valencia and 15th?  A: No. It's between 15th and 16th.
4) Why don't we have any pets?  A: You don't have any pets... because your mom is allergic to cats (or to them).
5) Where do we park our car?  A: You don't have a car!
6) Do we have to go to a laundromat to do our laundry?  A: No, there are laundry facilities in the basement of your building.
7) How far away from our place is the BART station?  A: One block away.
8) Which bus runs close to our place?  A: The #14-Mission.
9) How far away from our place is the park?  A: Four blocks away.
10) Do we like our next-door neighbor very much? A: No.
11) Why don't we get along with our neighbor? A: You don't get along with him... because he plays his music too loud and because his friends look like thugs.

Renting: Make negative sentences. Say 'No'.
